Both, Bellevue Residence Batumi and five star Hilton Hotel projects were fully designed in London, UK by the British company rtkl (www.callisonrtkl.com). The entire construction process was supervised by the authors of the project, while the quality was monitored by the British company “MACE International”  (www.macegroup.com).
